Terms of Service
These terms describe the basis on which Nuclisafe provides its website and security testing services.
Scope of Services
Nuclisafe provides vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services for web applications, APIs, mobile applications and AI/ML systems. The exact scope, environments, timelines and exclusions for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client.
Authorization & Rules of Engagement
All security testing is performed only with explicit written client authorization and strictly within agreed Rules of Engagement. The client confirms it owns the in-scope systems or holds the necessary authority to authorise testing. Testing outside the authorised scope is not permitted.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate scope information, required access and credentials, appropriate test environments, and for maintaining backups. Findings must be remediated by the client's own engineering or operations teams unless separately agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat information exchanged during an engagement as confidential. Assessment reports, findings and evidence are shared only with authorised recipients designated by the client.
Deliverables
Deliverables typically include an executive summary, technical report, proof of concept where applicable, risk ratings, remediation guidance and a retest report. Deliverables reflect the state of the tested systems during the agreed testing window.
No Guarantee of Absolute Security
Security testing reduces risk but cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been identified or that systems are free from compromise. Findings are limited to the agreed scope, time window and testing conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuclisafe's liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nuclisafe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement contract.
